Shipping policy

We do not have a fixed shipping company agreement and so we will always contact the buyer regarding their shipping receipts and any possible tracking numbers. If the shipping company tells us it has been delivered correctly, we are not eligible at all for them misplacing the product, though we will be happy to help offer a discount or partial refund. We promise to ship between 3-5 business days, however situations may vary and if there is a case where we are unable to ship on time, we will either have made it clear via our social media, or we will have contacted you. We apologise if shipping fees may seem pricy.
